Workshop was conducted in a very non imposing manner. Trainer was able to introduce the idea of change and its benefits. Ideas presented in practical aspects and his expertise and knowledge is something to reckon with. Thanks for sharing doc.

Dr.Rama’s approach towards Change is very interesting and we are able to grasp how  it impacts our personal life and our work. Workshop was very interesting and his humor is great. Examples are relative and practical.

These 3 days and 2 nights was exciting and interesting. As a manager, I am now able to apply the knowledge in a more confident manner. Especially right now that we have taken over the services from the government.
