Christina’s professional strengths are Image building and perception management, Advance business and dining etiquette, body language, interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills, communication Skills and team building.

Christina has over a decade of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, and was recently featured in an International coffee table book that highlights the contributions of women achievers from all over the world. The “International Women of the World - Making A Difference” book was published by La Femme Privee and ISOE Finishing Academy International and launched internationally.

She an extremely passionate and enthusiastic coach/facilitator who has worked with front line and customer service teams during her tenure as a Cabin Crew in Charge and Associate Trainer for Malaysia Airlines System (MAS), and Aeon .Co Sdn Bhd.

In MAS, she trained aspiring flight attendants on core subjects such as grooming, etiquette, and “IMPACT” – a program that focuses on delivering a memorable experience to each guest on board MAS carriers.

She also developed and trained MAS and Firefly frontline staff to “Go Beyond Yourself” – an impressive EQ module that focuses on Self Awareness and Social Intelligence in the service industry.

At AEON, she trained the Front Line staff and Managers from 32 stores nationwide with a refreshed customer service module called “Serving from the Heart.” The aim is to restore confidence and value systems that prioritize quality customer service and perception management.

Some of the companies she has trained for are Malaysia Airlines, Aeon Co.(M) Berhad, RHB Bank, Firefly Airlines, Swift Support Services Sdn. Bhd and ISKL – International School Kuala Lumpur and Garden International School, Kuala Lumpur.

Christina exudes confidence and charm in all everything she does.
