profit, encourage and motivate staff, change attitudes, bring in new ideas and increase job satisfaction.

Using the coaching process, it helps to build motivation among staff and trusting relationships with the people they lead and supervise. The Managers/Leaders use positive proactive paradigms to determine, jointly with their subordinates, the next step to take.
