Introduction

If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living” This constant lookout for higher efficiency, higher productivity and better accountability by all organisations require the culture and mindset of the people to be totally prepared to change in their ways of doing their work. This Change Management Program enables people to cope with changes that occur at workplace and embrace change as part of the new way of working life. The programme will also address the need for the participants to accept challenges such as their elevation to newer roles, a unified culture and be proactive in their roles.  

Learning Objectives

This program aims to :

  • Help people who are resistant to accept change as part and parcel of working life and accept new challenges
  • Help people remove the old ways of working and inculcate a new working culture through positive values, new mindset and practicing continuous improvement

Program Duration 3 Days 2 Nights (for maximum impact) or 3 days  

Optional Night sessions are for participants to reflect and internalise the learning as well as to reinforce the interpretation of the learning. Activities are also held during the night sessions. This is applicable if client chooses 3days 2night.

Training Approach

The program is conducted in a workshop manner, where lectures are interwoven with Real Life Experiences, Workplace Case Studies, group work and discussion and EBKP (Evidence Based Knowledge and Practice). It is also conducted with lots of fun filled activities and humor to encourage Adult Learning Concept

Pre Program

Consultant will conduct interview session with the Management and also conduct a focus group interview. This exercise is to gather more information towards this transformation exercise and collect some data on issues and concerns as well as to develop localised case studies and further customise our program to suit the requirement of the client

Post Program Follow Up – (6 Months To 16 Months)
