Negotiating is a basic concept that is applicable in almost all aspects of our business day. We speak, discuss and communicate with clients, colleagues and bosses. These are all relevant to negotiating aspects.

During this session, the Course Leader will address some of the basic concepts of effective negotiations, and how the “win-win” technique can be used for such scenarios. Role plays will be used to share some of the concepts, to enable participants to have good insight and do better in their insurance business environment.
