Introduction

This programme will enable participants to understand the coverage afforded under the two related policies, namely Contractors’ All Risks (CAR) Insurance and Erection All Risks (EAR) Insurance.

Both are related to projects, but they have some technical differences. These differences will be highlighted, and specific clauses / endorsements will be addressed. Case studies will also be used to share the applications of these respective insurance policies.
